Order processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, except holidays. After payment is confirmed, most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time on Friday, or during the weekend, usually begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery area
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the contiguous United States at this time. Please check your shipping address before checkout. If an address cannot be verified, we may contact you before shipping.
Shipping cost and delivery estimate
Shipping is free for eligible orders. Standard delivery normally arrives within 3–5 business days after the order leaves our facility. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier delays, and address problems can affect delivery.
Carrier and tracking
We select the carrier when your order is fulfilled, based on the destination, package size, and available service. The carrier may vary by order, and we do not promise a specific carrier for every shipment. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
If tracking does not update or shows delivered
If tracking has not updated for several business days, email info@crackerbarrellink.my with your order number. We will ask the carrier to trace the package. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please check around your delivery area and with neighbors before contacting us.
