You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Item condition
Items should be unused and returned with the original packaging. If an item has a quality issue, contact us first so we can review the problem and give you return instructions.
Return cost
Return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee.
How to start a return

- Wait for our reply with return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Refund timing
After we receive the returned item, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
When we may decline a return
We may decline a return if the item has been used, damaged after delivery, or is missing the original packaging. If we decline a return, we will contact you and explain why.
